Article 16 – Right to complain

1. Every person, pretending his rights to personal data have been violated, freedom and legitimate interests, has the right to complain or to notify the Commissioner and to require his interference to remedy the violated right. Folowing this complaint, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code, the data subject may appeal in Court.

2. In the case when the data subject has complained, the controller has no rights in changing personal data until the final decision.
