Digitalization and strengthening of institutional work processes at the center of the workshop organized by PACEPII

Representatives of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner’s Office, as well as the Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination, participated in a workshop organized by the PACEPII project, focused on the exchange of best practices for improving institutional work processes. During the workshop, new approaches for more effective periodic and annual reporting, the integration of performance indicators in reporting systems, and the restructuring of reports in accordance with the Assembly’s requirements for independent institutions were discussed.

The discussions also highlighted the importance of digitalizing complaint handling systems, as well as internal work processes with the aim of increasing efficiency and modernizing work processes in national human rights institutions.

Exchange of experiences and inter-institutional cooperation were assessed as important elements for strengthening independent institutions and improving services to citizens.
