As part of the implementation of the new Law no. 124/2024, “On the Protection of Personal Data,” the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner has drafted a set of by-laws, which are published in the dedicated section “Notification and Public Consultation” and can be accessed through this link: https://idp.al/projekt-akte/.

The Office of the Commissioner invites citizens, the academic community, civil society, the business sector, and other interest groups to engage by providing their input and opinions on these acts.

The by-laws will be open for Public Consultation until April 25, 2025.
